20 pieces lady fingers (store bought or homemade will do)
300 g mascarpone (room temperature) or cream cheese

1 and 1/3 cup whipping cream (unsweetened) 300g
2 tablespoons instant coffee
2 tbsp sugar
3/4 cup hot water
Some cocoa powder for dusting
1. In a bowl, beat together mascarpone and sugar until smooth.
2. Add cold whipping cream and beat until smooth. Set aside.
3. In a small bowl, mix together instant coffee, sugar and hot water.
4. Dip lady fingers in coffee mixture. Donโ€™t soak, just quickly dip both sides.

9. Serve and enjoy!
