Cajun Chicken and Orzo Salad
This mashup worked so well! I never realized how cajun and mediterranean food would complement each other so perfectly. Cajun chicken with its spices create some heat while the orzo salad brings the rich and tangy flavors *chef’s kiss* so good!

Ingredients:
🍚 Moroccan style Orzo – see earlier post
🍗 Cajun chicken – see earlier post
🧅 White onion
🌱 Green onion
🫑 Green & red bell pepper
🍄🟫 mushrooms
🥒 cucumber
🥕 carrots
🫒 olive oil
🍋🟩 lime juice
🧂 salt & pepper
Instructions:
1️⃣ Heat the Crispy Cajun Chicken in oven or microwave
2️⃣ skin items that need to be skinned (carrots & cucumbers)
3️⃣ Chop all veggies (onion, bell peppers, mushrooms, cucumber & carrots) into bite size pieces
4️⃣ Add Moroccan Orzo salad, olive oil salt, pepper & lime juice to taste.
5️⃣ Serve and enjoy!

the [ __ ] am I going to make today you remember that orzo salad from the other day yeah that one and the Cajun chicken yep that’s the one we’re going to make a mashup i hate seeing food go to waste so I figured if I have this horizo salad already prepared and sitting in my refrigerator and I have all these extra veggies laying around we might as well use them together this turned out fantastic and honestly because I already had the orzo salad prepared and the leftover Cajun chicken whipping this up was pretty easy to do while I was throwing the salad together I was heating the chicken in the oven so by the time I was done mixing it all together the chicken was heated and I was ready to eat and I was able to take leftovers to work the next day note to self sweet chili sauce on this would be fantastic
