
A few weeks ago, I got a farro breakfast bowl at a local restaurant.
Today I made a copycat to help me use up my leftovers.
- base: leftover farro and black lentils
- lightly seasoned sautéed carrots, zucchini, and baby broccoli (and I added the base to heat)
- added leftover sauteed red kale
- topped with a fried egg
- sauce : salsa macha I made a few weeks ago (I hear it is at Trader Joes now)
