A few weeks ago, I got a farro breakfast bowl at a local restaurant.

Today I made a copycat to help me use up my leftovers.

  • base: leftover farro and black lentils
  • lightly seasoned sautéed carrots, zucchini, and baby broccoli (and I added the base to heat)
  • added leftover sauteed red kale
  • topped with a fried egg
  • sauce : salsa macha I made a few weeks ago (I hear it is at Trader Joes now)
