I’m new to cooking and very into gym so I focused on high calorie low volume meals for a long time but I’ve taken an interest in healthier cooking and losing fat whilst still being able to eat lots. I binge badly and volume eating seems like a fun way to combat this. Anyways here’s the first meal that I’m proud of! It’s broccoli, cauliflower boiled, with sliced celery in just a Tescos reduced fat pesto sauce, and chicken breast air fried with paprika onion garlic and salt seasoning
