    Nice sauce work, did you 3-2-1??? Meaty baby backs are beautiful. My wife asked if I cooked them. Great job

    I will tell you my secret, but a lot of people will question it. I have been smoking for a few years, pellet grill, 200° 3 hours spritzing every 45 min. Rap in high heat plastic wrap, for 2 hrs. Unwrap, kick grill to 300° and sauce for last hour. When wrapped in plastic, keep off bottom rack. Try it, if you don’t like it, I’ll buy your next rack!
