I dont think theres more fun to anything you can make other than home made sushi.
Its fun to dine out and spend money on someone else’s works quality… But when you make things yourself you understand further the process and know more about your own skillset. You can get your favorite quality of sushi if you try hard enough.
Unless youre a Michelin star expecting person out of sush quality.
