Heat a frying pan over medium-high and add 2 tbsp unsalted butter. Start by finely chopping half an onion. Cook the onion for 3-4 minutes until golden and translucent. Grate 2 carrots. Add carrots and sauté with the onions for 2 min, until slightly softened. Finely dice or grate two garlic cloves. Cook for a minute until the garlic is fragrant. Halve 8–10 cherry tomatoes. Add the tomatoes to the frying pan. 👀 Watch till the end❗️ This video has 2 cabbage recipes with ground beef 🥬🥩 . You’ll want them both 😋. Don’t miss the second one! 🔥. Season with ½ tsp salt and black pepper, and cook for 1 more minute. add 1 lb (450 g) of lean ground beef. Season with ½ teaspoon each of paprika, black pepper and salt. Pour in 1 cup (250ml) of tomato sauce. mix well, reduce the heat to low, put the lid on and let it simmer for 25–30 minutes. Meanwhile, slice 1 lb (450g) of cabbage into thin strips. Mix the cabbage into the mince. put the lid back on and simmer for a further 15 min. fresh parsley (optional). Finish with a teaspoon of sour cream on top,it makes it even more delicious. 👩‍🍳 That was just the beginning! The second recipe is next — stay with me! 🔥. mm…delicious😋. 1 lb (450g) minced beef and 1 egg. Add one grated onion to the bowl, along with its juice. Season with salt and black pepper. 1/2 tsp garlic powder. 250g (½ lb) cabbage. 1/2 tsp smoked paprika. Mix thoroughly using your hands, a spoon, or a spatula until well combined. Let’s settle this! Bare hands or gloves when mixing? I’d love to know what you use! Lightly grease a baking tray with ½ tsp of beef tallow, butter, or olive oil. Shape the mixture into large balls, about the size of tennis balls. Flatten them slightly and arrange on the prepared tray. Cover with a lid or foil and bake for 35 minutes. Meanwhile, combine 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise. with 170g (6 oz) of grated Cheddar or Gruyère cheese. Place 2 lb (1 kg) of chopped potatoes in a large pot with 1 tbsp of salt. Bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat and simmer for 17 minutes, or until very soft. uncover and top each patty with a spoonful of the cheese mixture. Return to the oven for another 5–7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted. Drain well. add 2 tablespoons of butter. Pinch of salt. 1/3 cup (80ml) of milk. Mash until smooth.   3. I just made this and OH BOY was this good. So much flavor. The only thing I did different was an extra carrot, the whole head of cabbage, an extra 2 tablespoons of butter, extra garlic, and a splash of worcestershire sauce
