Ho to make perfect homemade CARAMEL POPCORN in a pan!

Ingredients:
Popcorn kernels – 1 cup (125 g)
Vegetable oil – 2 tbsp

For the caramel:
Sugar – 1 cup (170g)
Water – 4 tbsp
Unsalted Butter – 3 tbsp (30 g)

How to prepare:
1. Heat a pan with vegetable oil. Add popcorn kernels and cover with a lid.
2. Cook popcorn over high heat until popping stops.
3. In a separate clean pan, combine sugar and water. Heat until sugar dissolves and caramelizes. Stir in butter, mix well, then combine with popcorn.
