I figured it was time to do some beef ribs so I ended up going to my locate meat market and they had some Dino Ribs. Grabbed something and went to work. I typically do pork ribs and do a 3-2-1 method (no sauce, prefer dry seasoning).

I pretty much seasoning with SPG, some smoked Cheyenne pepper, little bit of roasted garlic and that was it. Smoked for about 6-7hours at 225° supersmoke and I spritzed them about every 30 minutes until internal temp was about 205.

Everyone loved them and they came out great. Wondering how can I improve on them.

Thanks for looking.
