Ingredients  

  • ▢6 tablespoon olive oil
  • ▢2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • ▢1 teaspoon preferred keto or low-carb sweetener of choice
  • ▢½ teaspoon oregano – optional or your favorite herbs

Instructions 

  • Add all the ingredients to a jar with a tight-fitting lid. Shake well until emulsified. Alternatively, whisk together in a small bowl.

  1. 2 tablespoons of balsamic is 6g of carbs. 
    Also who ADDS sugar to balsamic? It’s already so sweet.
