Slow cooker ribolita is an easy and hearty tuskcen inspired bread soup. Take canned whole tomatoes and crush them with clean hands. Add onion, garlic, carrots, celery, canned white beans, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, parmesan rind, and broth. Cook on high for 2 to three hours or low four to six. Remove the rind and stir in kale and bread. This soup is even better the next day.
