Italian olive oil producer Domenica Fiore has achieved significant recognition at the NYIOOC World Olive Oil Competition, securing three Gold Awards for its organic extra virgin olive oils. The winning entries include Domenica Fiore Olio Novello, Novello di Notte, and Olio Reserva, each noted for their distinct characteristics and high-quality production methods.

Domenica Fiore Olio Novello, a blend cultivar, is produced from the first harvest in October when the olives are slightly greener. This olive oil is bottled immediately and unfiltered, capturing the essence of the early harvest. Novello di Notte, another Gold Award recipient, is a super premium, small batch press made from Leccino and Frantoio estate olives. These olives are collected before the regular harvest season begins, ensuring a unique flavor profile.

The third award-winning entry, Olio Reserva, is a certified organic EVOO and DOP Umbria blend. It combines Leccino, Frantoio, and Moraiolo olives, all harvested by hand, showcasing Domenica Fiore’s commitment to artisanal methods and transparency in production.

Domenica Fiore’s dedication to producing high-quality olive oil without compromise is evident in these accolades. The company’s focus on organic and traceable production processes continues to set a standard in the industry.

The winning brands are presented in the Official Guide and the Olive Oil Times World Ranking.
