join me in making this Super Fresh authentic chimmy Cherry sauce it comes together in about 10 minutes and can keep for up to 2 weeks when stored in the fridge this Argentinian classic recipe is perfect for serving with steaks chicken fish you can use it as a marinade as a salad dressing as a dip it’s a truly addicting sauce that you’re going to want to use on just about everything so we’ll start with 1 cup of fresh parsley that is minced up super fine and to that we’re going to add four cloves of minced garlic 1 teaspoon of minced red chili or red pepper flakes half a teaspoon of dried oregano a teaspoon of salt a pinch of black pepper 2 tbsp of red wine vinegar and 1/2 cup of high quality olive oil we’re going to mix everything together and at this point you are technically ready to enjoy your chimmy Cherry just like this now you’ll see in a few moments that I like to blend mine up with an immersion blender just to get it nice and creamy that step is optional if you’d rather just leave it as it I recommend really using a super sharp knife and mincing things as finely as possible again I like to use an immersion blender just to get everything really married together all of those flavors Incorporated evenly and the olive oil emulsifies the sauce just a little bit and from there you’re ready to enjoy on whatever you like it’s especially good as mentioned earlier on steak with french fries grilled veggies you name it when proo
