  1. Any chance of cooking temperatures and timings? I know you said 3 hours slow cook initially but no temperature and then with the lid off you had no temperature or timing? Usually itโ€™s in the description but isnโ€™t!

  4. 3 hours is way too long. Cooked mine low at 120 for 3 hours and all the pork had totally disintegrated. Was still tasty, but would have preferred it to stay in slices.
