All right, there’s been a ton of seafood boiled talk on the timeline lately thanks to Red Lobster, but as with most things, it’s way better at home. Meet me in the kitchen. Let’s make it happen. And not only does it taste better, but it’s a whole lot cheaper, too. Now, first things first, we’re going to make our seasoning blend. You’re going to use two tablespoons of every seasoning you see on the screen, or use whatever seasoning you like. Next, we’re going to sear off the and dewy sausage for added flavor. And then it’s time to start your boil. Get a big pot filled with water. We’re going to add some onions, some garlic, lemon and orange juice along with that seasoning blend. Then go ahead and toss in the sausage, plus a little hot sauce, cuz why the hell not? We’re here for a good time, not a long time. Get your corn and your potatoes in first. And then we’re going to add in our crab, legs, the shrimp, clams or muscles. Really, whatever you want to throw in there.   3. How long are you suppose to boil the crab legs and shrimp? They get chewy and tough I know if you boil them or bake them for to long!

  4. Try a can of anchovies with slow heat in the butter. They reduce down to a buttery, salty sauce.
