  1. Ingredients:
    • ½ cup plain yogurt (full fat)
    • 3 eggs
    • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
    • 1 cup sugar
    • 2 teaspoons baking powder
    • 1½ cups all-purpose flour plus 1 tbsp
    • ½ cup vegetable oil
    • 2 cups fresh blueberries

    Preparation:
    • Preheat your oven to 350°F
    • Blend all of your ingredients except blueberries
    • Coat your blueberries in flour and carefully fold them into the mix (this will prevent them from sinking!)
    • Add a sheet of parchment paper (or coat with butter) to your loaf pan and pour in the mix!
    • Bake for about 1 hour or until a toothpick comes out clean
    • Let cool, serve and enjoy!

  2. im not joking when i say this is the best blue berry desert ive ever tasted, i baked it for about 50 minutes and it was unreal, highly recommend to others!

  3. This is my first time baking the cake, and it was awesomeeee! 😍🎉🙌 Thanks so much for sharing the recipe! 💖

  4. NOTE: coat the berries in flour then add to the batter
The berries will be more evenly throughout the cake
And not clumped up at the bottom

  5. Hmm. J might pit some cream cheese frosting. On top for extra protein! X thanks …

Actually can j.put avo oil rather than vegetable.oil??

  6. My family used to make something like this but with sour cherries! I can't wait to try with blueberries, they are my faves!!
