Was given these peppers. I'm not sure what the non-jalepeno peppers are and does anyone have a good recipe to use these in a hot sauce ?

The thinner green peppers look like serrano peppers and the yellow ones just above them look like Hungarian hot wax peppers. Serranos are a lot like jalapeños but a bit spicier. Great for salsa.
If the top are Hungarian hot wax, they won’t be very spicy. I cut them into rings and use them on salads.
I’m not familiar with any of the others.

I believe you have giant szegedi on the bottom half, Hungarian sweet paprika.

Jalapeno, Santa Fe Grande guero, banana peppers of some type and Garden salsa, most likely.

Jalapeño top right, banana pepper top left, under the banana look like cayenne peppers just not fully ripe, and I don’t know the bottom smh
