Chongqing sour/spicy rice noodles in NY

I spent 4 years in Hong Kong where I used to frequently visit this local Noodle soup place called Tamjai Yunnan Mixian

I always used to get the Chongqing Sour and Spicy soup with chicken and fish balls.

Is there anything similar that I can find in NY? The soup used to be numbing spice.
