Combine creamy yogurt as the base. Then grated onion. It’s important to squeeze out all the moisture using a clean kitchen towel before adding in. Along with the onion, mix in with some tomato paste, pepper paste, salt for seasoning, cumin, Turkish chili flakes, paprika, and black pepper. Don’t forget the minced garlic and a splash of fresh lemon juice. Add mustard or olive oil. Now mix all these until you have a smooth marinade. Next, add the bice chicken pieces. Coat it well. Cover and let it marinate for at least 3 to 4 hours or overnight. Preheat the oven. Once oven is heating up, it’s time to prepare the squares. Thread the marinated chicken pieces onto the squares. Now line a baking tray with a portion and place the squares on it. Bake the chicken kebab for about 30 to 40 minutes. Turn halfway through. Boil for a beautiful jar. Let’s prepare the refreshing salad. Start by slicing onion, tomato, some chopped hearts, sprinkled stomach, and Turkish chili flakes. In the last, drizzle with some molasses. Once the kebabs are ready, take out and let them rest for a few minutes to lock in all the juices. Now it’s time to serve these hot alongside with a prepared turkey salad, a few lemon wedges, your favorite dipping sauce, and that’s
