



It was my 3rd time making it, but this time the amount of dough inside was perfect so even the crumb (not only the exterior) was perfect.

Looks perfect! I never tried it, but saw multiple recipes and just recently ordered a baking pan. Can’t wait to make some tamago sando! Any recipe you can recommend for the bread itself?
Beautiful job. I love the way it melts in your mouth, and yours looks like it would do that. I try and make it at least once a month for a treat with jam. 🙂
