[Music] always make sure to clean the kitchen before you go to cooking and wash them dishes. Get that nast out of there. Bite for you, Chef Fo. Now, you want to get you some salt-free garlic and herb seasoning, paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, grind black pepper, some salt, and some extra virgin olive oil. You also want your six thin cut, center cut pork chops. Yeah, she is. Let us get started. Now, drop down on that meat with some of your extra virgin olive oil. And this here is Chef F oven baked pork chops. Like, share, and subscribe. Hit that notification bell so you can stay tapped in as well. But drop down over there. Mhm. And get your hands dirty and massage that oil so that seasoning can stick to it good when you drop down on there. Mhm. And this here will be the shortest episode of Chef Fo so far. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Just quick and easy. Anybody can do it, baby. Look at old chef massaging that in there. Yeah. Old chef massaging that olive oil in there. And after you do that, you want to come behind it with your seasoning, your dry seasoning. We ain’t going to tell y’all how much to put on here. But this here is a garlic and herb seasoning. Salt-free. You ain’t going to need no whole lot of salt cuz this seasoning here is awesome. Salt-free garlic and herb seasoning by Colonia. Yes. Yes. Yes. Brown black pepper. You going to put you some garlic and onion powder. You going to put you some paprika. And you just want to put you a little salt. Those going to be the seasoning that you going to be using. You ain’t even got to put salt on both sides. Salt just going to enhance everything else. But that garlic and herb seasoning, saltree is the star of the show, baby. Yeah. Yes. Yes. So once you drop down there with all your seasoning, you want to massage that in. And then the next thing you want to do is to go to flipping them fellas over. Now remember, if you need any more oil, don’t be afraid to add a little more olive oil. So once you done got them things all flipped over, you want to repeat on the other side. Like I said, you don’t have to put salt on both sides, but you do what you want to do. And while you’re doing this, you want to preheat your oven at 400° cuz you going to put these things in there for about 25 to 30 minutes to bake in the oven. Then you want to switch it to broil with that good golden brown color on it for another 5 minutes before pulling them out the oven. Now, I got me a little bacon tray here. Got some olive oil on the bottom of that, too. And I went to lining up them pork chops. It fit six in there. Mhm. Make sure you get them all down in there. Now, if you want to put some onions on yours or some butter, be my guest. But old Chef F put it in there just like that. There. And that’s all it take. You done, baby. Look at that. Look at that golden brown color. That paprika done set it off. Yes. Yes. She is. This is Chef Fork oven baked pork chop, baby. Mhm. Look at that. How golden brown that is. Mhm. Y’all ain’t getting nothing to eat. Yeah, you going to have to make your own, baby. Yeah. Old Chef love, y’all. Look at this here. Look at this here. Now, I split a episode up in two. Old Chef split one meal up into two episodes. Thought I was just eating the meat, huh? No. Look at here. Look at this here. Look at this here. Chef F got him two of them chops. some string beans and potatoes with some bacon in them and got us some yellow rise. Yes, yes, yes. Look at that there. Mhm. Going to follow this here recipe and check out the southern green beans and potatoes while you at it. I’m out, baby. [Music]
