I went to visit a friend in Portland years ago and at a really nice brunch spot they served this pork belly mac and cheese dish that was absolutely divine. I might be making brunch plans this Sunday with friends and want to eat something like again 😭
Preferably in Manhattan as I currently live in Westchester and they are in Queens – so that's the middle ground meetup spot!
