My husband & I eat different amounts of food, with his meals being 25% larger.
The ingredients for this meal prep are 1 pound 93% fat-free ground turkey, 1 lbs 80% fat free ground beef, 5.5 ounces of chorizo, 1.5C liquid egg whites, 9 ounces of cooked diced sweet potatoes 8 ounces of canned black beans 12 ounces of shelled edamame 4 ounces of frozen corn onions, red bell peppers, tomatoes, chorizo seasoning.
For the frozen portion, which you see in the smaller containers, I used frozen vegetables.
Macros are not 100% exact if I end up with a few extra pieces of sweet potato, etc but pretty accurate.
