Fatous salad. It’s hot outside, it’s the season, and it’s always delicious. I mean, who doesn’t like a good fatous salad? Delicious, refreshing with crispy bread inside. The key to fat pirim or in English, pursane, or in Spanish, ver laga. It’s not fatous if it doesn’t have this. Pick off the leaves. You can also strip it. There it is. From here, add some romaine lettuce, some cucumbers, tomatoes, radish. Throw it all into a bowl with some scallions and mint. Then, grab some pita bread. Now, you could fry it. If you want it a little lighter, you could toast it. But what I like to do is air fry it. Then just kind of break it up. The dressing is pretty simple. You got garlic, lemon, oil, sumach, salt, and pepper. Then just dress it, toss it. Simple and easy fatu salad. And if you make it different, let me know in the comments below. Don’t forget to like and follow for more. Oh boy. Oh, once up.
