I’m curious, while your dish looks very nice, I was wondering if that was in fact Angel hair pasta?

If you garnished this better it would really pop, thinly sliced green onion, chili crisp/ flakes some sesame seeds idk but looks tasty.

Honestly doesn’t look bad at all. Hard to mess up when all you want is hot bowl of noodles. In the future I’d say buy some cheap potstickers to throw in and cook the egg a little less. Or even prep ahead of time and try to make some ramen eggs! I think they can be refrigerated for up to a week, ready for a bowl of soup! Last time I had ramen for dinner I threw in a massive pile of arugula, it was great lol. Now I’m hungry 😮‍💨

Looks delish! Make your eggs jammy next time and it’ll be perfection!

Looks great! +1 to the folks recommending soft-boiled ramen eggs. They’re very easy to make!

    1. Put 1/4 cup each soy sauce, mirin, and water + 1tsp sugar in a pan, bring to simmer for 1 min, then let cool.

    2. Boil water, enough to cover 4 eggs. Cook eggs in simmering water for 7 mins, stir them occasionally to keep yolks centered.

    3. Put eggs in ice bath for 15 minutes.

    4. Peel eggs and place in marinade in a plastic bag in fridge for 8 hours or overnight. Remove from marinade before 24 hours and keep refrigerated for up to 4 days.

Cook your eggs for 6m15s exactly. Boiling water the entire time. Drop into ice water as soon as you pull them out. You are welcome

  12. Looks great. Try to make soft boiled eggs though. They’re amazing a little yolky in noodle bowls.
