You’ll be making this
creamy cucumber salad on repeat all summer lawn. Start by
slicing up your cucumbers. You can either use small garden
cucumbers or English cucumber. Next, slice some red onion, and
if you want a milder onion flavor, you can also use sweet
onion or chopped green onion. Now, finally, chop up some dill.
And dill is my favorite herb for the salad, but you can
substitute it with finely chopped parsley. The dressing is
irresistible and so easy. You’ll need some sour cream and to add
a little more flavor, you can add some freshly squeezed lemon
juice or use a dollop of mayo. Now, press or grate in one fresh
garlic clove, then season with salt and pepper, stir until
every bite is coated in that creamy dressing. Get this easy,
creamy cucumber salad on natashaskitchen.com you.
