
Bed of romaine topped with quinoa, roasted zucchini, chicken breast (marinated in lemon, EVOO, red wine vinegar and oregano), pickled red onions, tomatoes from my garden, olives, tzatziki, red pepper white bean hummus and pita from our local med market. Dolmas from Trader Joe’s and a dash of za’atar that a friend gifted me.

Well done. I do a similar Greek type bowl. Everything made fresh, nothing processed.
