Pretty much the title, I dont care about variety that much, Also there are 1 or 2 days a week where I eat outside with my friends so it's not a problem.

My goal is to hit all the micronutrients, hit high protein, have a bit lower than my maintenance calories, with the cheapes options and fewest ingredients. So tell me if I'm missing anything!

Can you add maybe one type of fruit each week and some leafy greens?

If you can, vary the veggies (sweet potatoes, green beans, carrots, whatever is cheap).

    Use Cronometer

Add fruit at breakfast whatever is cheapest that week

Add veggies for lunch and dinner, some leafy greens. For budget do some meals as more lentils or beans in a tomato soup with greens without the chicken

Snack on nuts or nut butter when you can

    This looks very low calorie

Add some fruits and veggies. Supplements don’t make up for that.
