   Recipe please! I typically am lazy, rip open a box of Zatarains, add shrimp/sausage, and hate the fact that I eat the lamest, dryest jambalaya ever.

   To a jambalogist like myself, it seems too wet and soupy. But if it tastes good, I’d make it this way every time.
