This shrimp fried diablo has just the right amount of heat and the shrimp are seasoned perfectly. This was a big hit at Sunday dinner. It is so good and easy to make. Let me show you how to do it. So, first sauté some onion and garlic and a little bit of oil and butter and stir in some red pepper flakes and Italian seasoning. Let that cook together for just a minute or two. And then you’re going to add some red or white wine. Cook that down for a couple minutes. And you’re going to add one can of crushed tomatoes. Season it. Add some fresh basil and let this cook for a few minutes on the stove. I really like jumbo shrimp for this. So, make sure that they’re cleaned and de vained. Season them up and add them right into the sauce. And just keep stirring them into the sauce until you see them start to curl up and change color. These are so good. You can serve them alone or over pasta. Just give them a try. I know if you do, you’re going to love them.
