How long did it take and what temp did you Weber settle on. Had mine wide open with the vortex and only could hole 325°. Which is plenty warm but felt like they took forever to cook.

Never thought to line them up sideways. Def will come in handy for me this weekend (doing 90 for a game night). Appreciate the inspo!
