Soooo, I got a coupon for 50% off hello fresh and took the offer. The first dish I made! I wouldn’t consider myself an amazing cook but I know enough to not mess up terribly. Very much a beige meal but it was good. Only thing that I didn’t like was how salty it was. I didn’t really use salt throughout cooking unless to boil the pasta and to top it off. Not too sure what it is that made it salty but it was almost unbearable for my family. 7/10

    It looks like such a comfort meal! This recipe isn’t salty at all (in HF standards). The saltiest ingredient is probably the mushroom stock concentrate so you can start out using less of that next time and adjust to taste. I also wouldn’t put more than a pinch of salt into the pasta water.
