going to show you this amazing high protein salad that I make for my family all the time. Last time I made it, I didn’t put feta cheese in, but I typically put feta cheese in it. So, today I’m going to show you how I do the feta cheese. Start off with one can of chickpeas drained. This is one English cucumber. Put that into the bowl. And then this is a bunch of grape tomatoes. just cut up. Fresh basil. Has to be fresh. Now, this is a 200 gram container of feta cheese. I’ll probably use the whole container of cheese. And you just crumble it up. The chickpeas and the feta cheese make it so high in protein. I’m just going to crumble all that cheese. Just going to mix that in a bigger bowl. So that’s everything in your bowl. And this is my homemade dressing. It is so good. And then you just coat. You put as much dressing as you want in there. I put some extra garlic and some extra oregano and some salt and pepper. And then you just mix that up. This is literally heaven in a bowl. So high in protein, so fresh, great for every summer meal. It also stays in the fridge all week if you want to make it for like a meal prep for work. And I just chill it in the fridge until we’re ready to eat it. It’s amazing.
