I really enjoy Greek and Mediterranean foods. I've been trying a few things with some minor adjustments for picky eaters in my house. I made chicken and feta meatballs with lemon roasted baby potatoes and asparagus then sprinkled the top with chopped parsley and feta cheese. Am I somewhat on the right path? My family loved it. My son kept telling me all night how much he liked the meatballs. I also had garlic sauce and a Greek yogurt blend with onion and garlic powder and some paprika on the side. Pita would have been awesome but cutting back on carbs.
