Snoqualmie Tribe Opens Harvest Kitchen & Greenhouse Classroom
The Snoqualmie Indian Tribe has opened the Harvest Kitchen & Greenhouse Classroom, which is located at the Snoqualmie Tribal Administration Campus. The spot will offer cultural foods, traditional cooking, harvesting, nutrition, monthly elder gatherings, child care, and more, according to a press release. Learn more here.
Authentic Parisian L’Apértif Hour
French café L’Experience Paris is hosting from 4-7 p.m., Wednesday through Sunday, the L’Apéritif Hour at its Bellevue location, where four selections of French cuisines will be offered, such as a house-made focaccia with caramelized onions and sautéed cherry tomatoes and a sourdough topped with jambon de Bayonne and crisp fruit.
