📋 INGREDIENTS:
• 300 g tagliatelle (or other vegan pasta) (approx. 10 oz or 3 1/2 cups, dry)
• 300 g brown mushrooms (approx. 10 oz or 4 cups, sliced)
• 1 small onion
• 2 garlic cloves
• 200 ml plant-based cream (e.g., oat or soy cream) (approx. 3/4 cup + 1 tbsp)
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 1 tsp thyme
• Salt, pepper
• Fresh parsley for garnish
• Optional: 1 tbsp nutritional yeast for a cheesy flavor

300 g tagliatelle (or other vegan pasta)
(approx. 10 oz or 3 ½ cups, dry). Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente according to the packet instructions. 1 small onion. Heat the olive oil in a large pan. Sauté the onion and garlic in olive oil until translucent. 300 g brown mushrooms
(approx. 10 oz or 4 cups, sliced). Now add the mushrooms and fry vigorously for 5-7 minutes while stirring. Salt, pepper. 1 tsp thyme. 200 ml plant-based cream (e.g. oat or soy cream)
(approx. ¾ cup + 1 tbsp). Bring to the boil once, then simmer gently for 2-3 minutes. Optionally, stir in yeast flakes for a mild, cheesy taste. Are you looking for a nice gift? I use these solid wood salt and pepper mills every day. See below the video for more information.
