Hi all, I’m wondering if any fellow Joe owners have had this same problem.
As you can see from the video, my Joe over the last 6 months or so has gradually started to open a little at the back, causing some problems when cooking (smoke gets through the gap at the back now) and is a worry for moisture etc getting in when not in use too.
Does anyone know an easy way to get it realigned so it closes evenly all the way around again? Thanks in advance!

You need to take the hinge off make sure the disengagement tool is in place (basically at nut at the bottom of the spring).
That will then allow you to realign and tighten the bands – the lower one looks like it’s dropped. Put the hinge back on and you should be good.
Google the whole process – type something.like ‘KH band alignment’
There are clips on the yootoobs for safely adjusting and aligning the bands, hinge, and handle. Advice for every model and series is out there.
