Hello everyone, I had canceled my account multiple times in the past 2 weeks and then still see it wasnt canceled. I tried again and then it fully canceled before my order was even supposed to be charged and shipped. I got home Monday to see that there was an order and realized they also sent me a message saying it arrived. I called telling them I had canceled it why was it shipped and the lady said yes it had been canceled before it was charged and I told her it wasnt my fault but there's and I didnt want it and I couldn't afford it at the moment( canceled for that reason) and she said even tho it was from there end that she couldnt do anything and would have a credit to pay. It shows as canceled which she did afterwards and said still I had to pay. What should I do? They want to charge me for there mistakes and rhey even sent me pork that I dont eat and it was always put like that. Does it mean im still gonna get charged?

    I think it’s unethical when companies make it so hard to cancel. Can’t believe there still haven’t been laws passed to address it. Maybe you just need to talk to a different customer service person. There was probably some screen where you had to confirm for the upteenth time that you’re SURE you want to cancel.
