Tonight we’re having crock-ot honey mustard chicken. It is incredibly easy to make. Just throw everything in the crock pot, let it do its job, and then later just put it on some mashed potatoes or noodles. It is so good. To your crock pot, add a bottle of honey dijon dressing, chicken broth, garlic powder, and seasoning salt. Give it a stir. Then add boneless skinless chicken breast or thighs. And if you want to sear them first, go for it. Cook on high for 2 to three hours or on low for six to seven. Take the chicken out. Then add a mixture of heavy cream and cornstarch and cream cheese. Let that cook on high for about 10 minutes. And while it cooks, shred or cut your chicken to whatever size pieces you’d like. Stir the sauce. Then add the chicken back. Give the mix about 5 minutes to warm back up with the chicken. And you’re all set. Now, if you want to make this even faster, I’ve got a stove top method on the recipe on my website that uses rotisserie chicken. It’s delicious by itself or over noodles, rice, or mashed potatoes.
