I just use olive oil and a little paper. Drizzle olive oil on the charcoal and paper. Light the paper.

I get the coupon paper from my local Publix on my way out. Free

Those work pretty good, and at that price, they are pretty cheap per use!

Paper bag that my charcoal comes in, free, and I get about five or six light-ups out of one.

Paraffin cubes are cheap – 1 lb block is under $4 and you can adjust the amount used. I’ve also used cheap votive candles in a pinch.

Can of spray vegetable oil and newspaper. But I’ve graduated to tumbleweeds.
