Probably a typo on the price per pound that they didn’t catch when labeling. Cuz 99.99/lb isn’t even realistic lol

  2. Even the seller has no idea what fish Hamachi is. We’ve reached peak sushi meme state.

  3. Ancient-Chinglish

    they fucked up the p/lb

    also, there’s no hamachi

Its a typo. package on top has the right price 34.99

brilliant marketing, somebody is going to buy the $35 one

You know what the saddest part about it is, that it would probably cost just as much to eat all that at a sushi restaurant.

  7. Looks delicious. But at that price I’ll stick with some Ritz and Kraft singles for lunch today.

Okok. Saw the managers roaming around and told them and they all freaked out and started running over there lol

35/lb is kind of crazy when their skinless salmon fillets are 11/lb. How lazy do you have to be to pay 3x so you don’t have to make a few slices?

Where is this? Our costco (NC) never has this.

At least its cut better than the poke. I think a tendon loosened a crown last time i tried to eat costco poke.

Mislabeled. A Walmart right down the street from me got something like 15 cases of Kirin Ichiban in, in their beer isle about 4 months ago. I was going to buy a 6 pack until I saw that they’re labeled as $70 each. I told clerk that they’re clearly mislabeled. He check with manager, came back and said “Nope that’s the correct price.” See ya.
4-5 months later, not a single pack has been sold.
Walmart managers would rather accept that that’s the correct price and that no one mislabeled, than to take the word and advice of a customer to look into it.

I don’t buy any fish there, I found it wasn’t fresh.

Excessive upselling, even after accounting for leftovers.

I didn’t even look at the price…. and still thought it was very wrong

You can see on the top tray it’s supposed to be $34.99 per pound and someone fucked up the rest

If that’s Ahi tuna I’m a tweaker with blonde hair, orange skin, and access to nuclear options.
