    • 2 heads of garlic (peeled cloves)
    • 100 ml olive oil
    • A few sprigs of thyme
    • 250 g unsalted butter (100% natural)
    • 2 tsp paprika (or smoked paprika)
    • A pinch of salt (to taste)
    • Fresh parsley (finely chopped)
    Instructions:
    1. Preheat your oven to 160°C (320°F).
    2. Peel two heads of garlic and place the cloves in an oven-safe dish.
    3. Pour 100 ml of olive oil over the garlic and add thyme sprigs for extra aroma.
    4. Bake for 30-40 minutes until the garlic is soft and fragrant. This is your “confit”!
