3/4 Calabrian peppers
3/4 anchovies
3/4 red onions chopped
1 cup pre mixed slaw
1 cup of low fat Greek Yogurt
1tsp grounded black peppercorns
1/2 salt on chicken or do to taste
2 minced garlic cloves
1 tsp lemon
Spinach wrap

here are my recipe items Coleslaw mix red onion real mayo low-fat Greek yogurt anchovies minced jarred Calabrian chilis garlic minced lemon juice chicken and don’t forget your spinach wrap I also want to say if jarred Calabrian chilis are hard to find go to your local Italian mart or Amazon First thing I’m going to do is I’m going to butterfly the chicken Get a really sharp knife and start from the top to the bottom right in the center the way I’m doing it I really really love the taste of pepper So I have peppercorns that I grind up and I use those instead of regular pepper just because it I don’t know something about the flavor just comes out a lot more You can do it however you choose but I’m going to grind this up right now So now I’m going to prepare my chicken for salt and pepper I’m going to salt it really good I’m going to add a little bit of pepperc corn pepper all around it Equally distribute all over I usually like to cook my chicken breast in avocado oil or you can also use a blend avocado oil and olive oil So these are my ingredients I’m going to mix all together to make the spicy Caesar dressing Then I’m going to mix my sllo with my red onion and prepare it for the sauce and mix it all together Let’s build our wrap I’m going to put like five or six slices of chicken And then I’m going to prepare a spoonful of coleslaw on top of the chicken And there you go And I paired it with pickled onions and a side of little dipping sauce Joy
