    Looks both burnt and undercooked to me but to each their own. If I liked a darker crust and a rarer steak this would be gold. Nice job! It’s the white fat that’s throwing me off. I like the fat to render and turn into cow butter.

    HO-LY SHIT. That looks amazeballs. I’m a big fan of rare and rendered and it’s hard to pull off.
