This is a light and crisp topping for just about any sandwich. Traditionally on Gyro’s, but seriously. It’s tasty anytime.
1 cup plain greek yogurt
1/2 shredded cucumber (after you shred squeeze excess moisture out through a paper towel)
Juice from 1 lemon
1 1/2 tbsp fresh dill (minced)
1/2 tsp finely minced garlic
1/2 tsp sea salt
12 tbsp olive oil
Mix all ingredients together well and refrigerate.
