This cooking will truly amaze you. This is a stuffed pasta recipe that everyone always asks me to make. First, I cook one chopped onion in a pan until it turns golden. Then, I add 600 g of ground beef and season it with salt, black pepper, and sweet paprika. I mix it well. Then add one chopped tomato, some parsley, and 300 g of tomato sauce. I let it cook for 5 minutes and set it aside. Next, I boil conilioni pasta for 5 minutes and drain it. For the filling, I mix shredded mozzarella, grated parmesan, cream cheese or ricotta, salt, parsley, olive oil, and two egg yolks. I mix it until smooth. In a baking dish, I spread a layer of meat sauce. Then fill each pasta shell with the cheese mixture and place them in the dish. I add more sauce on top, spread it evenly, and sprinkle mozzarella cheese. I bake it until the top is golden and bubbly. The result is a delicious cheesy pasta that everyone will love.

  1. I'd rather just have the jumbo stuffed shells with cheeses. Much better. That looks like way too much cholesterol for older folks. The cheese is enough. Oh and add fresh tomatoes and a can of rotella to the top and some juice on the bottom before baking. I use Monterey Jack, Ricotta, Mozzarella, sour cream, and cream cheese for stuffing with a little grated Parmesan on top. So damn good
