Firm ice cream! Bent the spoon. Has a thick texture, not very sweet. Tastes more like a cocoa flavor – darker and rich flavor. Doesn’t taste like a milk chocolate. High quality ice cream!

Straus is quality but I disagree with your assessment on the dutch chocolate. Its a very milky chocolate, and I like something a lot darker. I will eat them by the pint but its not in my top 5 of chocolates for that reason. You will never get cleaner ingredients though.
