I recommend preparing it with me in a bowl let’s sift 500 g of manitoba flour add 5 g of salt 60 g of sugar lemon zest 50 g of Marsala or another liqueur if you don’t have it 60 g of softened butter you can melt it for 10 seconds in the microwave 175 g of whole eggs Now we can knead by hand or for convenience we can use the planetary mixer and knead with the dough hook until we obtain a compact loaf we finish working the dough directly on the table then for convenience I go to divide it and wrap it in film Or we seal it well in a bag so that no air enters and the dough does not let it dry and let it rest in the refrigerator for an hour and if you like this video, leave a nice like and comment. Add 300 g of white chocolate so that it is sweeter. If you want to skip this step you can use the chocolate directly. milk I simply used what I already had at home so we put it back in the microwave or in a bain-marie for a few seconds. Mix until we get this, let the temperature drop a little and look how beautiful the chatter came out, a lot of it and we only used 500 g of flour now we fill it with Nutella we dip into the chocolate we drain the excess well and if there are any small holes left We help ourselves with a teaspoon we continue like this until we finish the chatter we want to make stuffed Of course if you have some chocolate left you don’t have to throw it away you can put it inside a bag for frozen foods give it the shape of a tablet and therefore rectangular And put it in the fridge of course we can reuse it for other desserts perhaps for biscuits or for cakes I put some hazelnuts on the surface and let them cool in the fridge, decorate with a little melted chocolate to give the typical lines that are present on Duplos and off we go, our Duplo chatter is ready but even the classic ones have a bit of icing sugar and voilà our tray of varied chatter is ready.
