Quick and easy dinner for a hot summer evening.
- 1 small onion and some garlic, diced
- ca 300g mushrooms
- 300g salsiccia, scraped from the casings
1 400g can diced tomatoes
fry onion and garlic in some oil until browning
add mushrooms, cook for a few minutes until they released their water
add salsiccia (and optional some wine), cook for a few minutes
add tomato, simmer for 20 minutes
meanwhile, cook pasta, then mix with the sauce and enjoy
