Quick and easy dinner for a hot summer evening.

  • 1 small onion and some garlic, diced
  • ca 300g mushrooms
  • 300g salsiccia, scraped from the casings
  • 1 400g can diced tomatoes

  • fry onion and garlic in some oil until browning

  • add mushrooms, cook for a few minutes until they released their water

  • add salsiccia (and optional some wine), cook for a few minutes

  • add tomato, simmer for 20 minutes

  • meanwhile, cook pasta, then mix with the sauce and enjoy
