First attempt at tonkotsu ramen(decided to go a little light on toppings because first time)

    ….. is that fettuccine? nah. good attempt but the right noodles are necessary for it to be ramen.

    If that’s pork belly, next time I’d fry the sides longer to render the fat as much as possible! I’d also let the egg marinade in soy / honey / mirin.

    Presentation-wise, more toppings might have done you a solid, but obviously to each their own!
